The morning began like it usually does. The typical chaos of six children sorting out their breakfasts and eating while chatting about how they wanted to spend their day. It’s been moderately cold lately, but today was going to be warm and so they were talking about visiting a playground. The Unschooled Lens – Week 37

I had an amazing, but exhausting week. It started normal enough, but early Wednesday morning I headed off to Portland for Home Dad Con, an amazing yearly gathering of At-Home Dads. The convention itself was wonderful. I made some great new friends, learned a lot about how to improve in my work as a father, help inspire some other men who are considering homeschooling their children, and still had quite a bit of time to spend wandering around one of my favorite cities.
